Bad Customer Service

Item was advertised with a rebate. Never received the rebate form. First told that it would come with the item (it did not). In subsequent emails, I was told form would be sent separately (never came). Misleading. Beware. - Posted by Anonymous - NY

Order placed, but never shipped

I placed an order with onlinefitness.com for an instock item. I soon received the standard order received, item in stock email. It's been over a week now and the item still has not shipped. Attempted to call them but when they answer all you get is a recorded message stating that they are very busy and are not taking any calls. I have sent multiple emails with no response from them.
