Don't like products sent as gift, Tenderloin tough and grizzle, no flavor
Their products SUCK, I have cooked many years but have never seen "Tenderloin" quite like that, so much grizzle, so tough - and done exactly to instructions starting with slow defrosting in the fridge, even used a thermometer... What a waste of energy to produce something with so little value, I can buy better at the corner store for 1/10th (about) the price, "REAL" tenderloine at 1/5th as I suspect the ones I have are MOCK at best - and not good MOCK at that. There was no "buttery smoothness", it was tough - and NO, I didn't overcook it and it didn't taste like tenderloin either. "SAD" is a good word for it. All IMVHO ov course... - Posted by Anonymous - FL
