No coupon codes for existing customers

Purchased many items from them, but.....

I wanted to purchase a laptop and I decided to use the value pay option. Shop is always much more expensive on computer items, but the had a rebate and value pay option. I was denied the value pay option because of the $577.00 amount. They claim they ran my credit and I didn't qualify. I have used this option on many items and paid the items off. Yes they were not $500 purchases, but really? They didn't even have the guts to call or email. I only found out when I checked my order.
