Customer service is lacking

First of all, they manage to give me a tracking number that does NOT work, so I don't know where my shipment, and then they are very slow to respond to mails... They also have no International support number, only mode of contact is via their web form, which is not very good at all.... However the shop does offer many good starwars related thing, and it's the only official starwars store, so it's not too bad I guess... Might off have been unlucky, but things like this should not happen thus the 3 star rating.... - Posted by Anonymous - NONUS
